Founding Alter-Native Consult and leading Century 21 Stores as President are highlights, alongside tenures at ABG, CAA-GBG, Kenneth Cole and Coach. Notably, Marc adeptly managed hundreds of millions in royalty revenue throughout his career, making substantial contributions within categorical and international endeavors. Marc holds a BA from Iona University.

Adrian Miller has over 20 years of experience in communications across the capital markets landscape. He most recently served as Director of Investor Relations and Chief Market Strategist at Concise Capital, where he was responsible for interacting with existing and potential investors to communicate investment strategy, cultivate a presence for the firm with reporters across financial media outlets, and distribute commentary to the investment media to help build the firm’s brands. Adrian brings significant M&A experience and is a crucial part of WSG's growth strategy.

John Moretz 

John Moretz currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Moretz Marketing LLC and is Managing Director of Kathy Ireland LLC and for the TrueEnergy brand. In addition, he is the Managing Director of various real estate entities including LaMoe LLC and Moretz Mills LLC. Mr. Moretz spent 49 years in the textile industry building and marketing numerous consumer brands. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Gold Toe Moretz Holdings Corp. and its subsidiaries prior to its acquisition by Gildan Activewear Inc. in 2012. Mr. Moretz founded Moretz Marketing in 1987 to create and manage lifestyle brands licensing opportunities. He also serves on the following boards: LED Technologies Blowing Rock Brewery and Grandview Hosiery LLC.
